FRAMING
Many of my Stasis and Golden Stasis Collections are framed in minimal white wooden float frames, each with a tiny portal to view your golden heart on the bottom and secured with a French Cleat. All other artwork can be framed as well. I am happy to frame paintings from all collections.

Please unpack your original art carefully, keeping all packaging until you are happy with your artwork.
INSTALLING
I recommend using TWO 50 lb picture hooks to hang my two-dimensional artwork.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
1. SIT BACK, RELAX, AND ENJOY
I want you to feel comfortable in your investment. I offer a two-week settling-in period. Once you receive your new painting, you have 14 days to fall in love with it.
2. If, during this time, you want to exchange or return your art, contact me with your reason, along with proof of purchase, and we will work together to get you set with the art you want or a refund of the purchase price.
3. Repackage your artwork using the original packaging materials, with all accompanying certificates and paperwork. If you've already disposed of the original packaging, you'll be responsible for wrapping the art in similar acid-free packing materials before shipping.
Shipping costs are your responsibility when returning art, including insurance for the total value of the artwork. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the art must be in the same condition in which you received it.
4. To complete the return process, connect with me to confirm that the artwork has been shipped, including all tracking information and a copy of the shipping insurance.
Once the artwork safely reaches my studio, I will process your return. I will refund the amount to the original payment source in the same currency (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any). Additional shipping fees may apply. Damaged artwork caused by improper repackaging will not be refunded.
INSURANCE
All original artworks are insured for their total value during shipping and require your signature when you receive your artwork.

*If your art has been damaged in transit, please photograph the damaged outer container and the damaged art before the carrier leaves and follow the steps detailed below ("Art Damaged In Transit").
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
In the unlikely event that there is damage, follow these steps:
1. Take a photo of the damage before you open the container. Then open it in front of the carrier who delivered it. Be sure the carrier documents the damage. Photograph any damage to the artwork and container.
2. Save the original packaging and all accompanying certificates and paperwork.
3. Within seven days of your merchandise delivery date, please email me at katewilsonfineart@gmail.com about the details of the damage, including photos. We can work to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
PAYMENTS
I accept Stripe, Pay, Venmo, Apple Pay, and QuickBooks payments. I can work with you to set up a payment plan as well.
SHIPPING
How will you receive your Kate Wilson original?
1. IN A BOX
Art can be snuggled in a reinforced cardboard box.
2. IN A CRATE
Oversized art can be shipped in a wooden crate. Additional shipping costs may apply.
3. ROLLED IN A TUBE
Paintings can be removed from stretcher bars for shipping, which is less expensive than crating and requires restretching your artwork.
4. A LOCAL PICKUP
I am happy to have you collect your art from my studio.
INTERNATIONAL COLLECTORS
My art can be shipped to most countries. For locations outside the US, don't hesitate to contact me here. Orders shipped to countries outside the US may be subject to import taxes, customs tariffs, and fees levied by your destination country or the shipping company. These charges are your responsibility and will be billed by the delivery company for you to take possession of the package. I have no control over these charges and am unable to estimate them.
Tariffs and taxes are neither collected nor included in your price calculation at the time of your order. Contact the customs office in your area to estimate these fees, which vary by region.
Shipping can take 10 to 14 business days, depending on your location.
