WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
I offer FREE Standard Shipping for the contiguous United States. For shipping outside of the U.S., please connect via my CONNECT page.DO YOU SELL INTERNATIONALLY?
My paintings can be shipped to most countries. For locations outside the United States, please contact me for information about shipping costs here. Orders that are shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs tariffs, and fees levied by the destination country or the shipping company. These charges are the collector’s responsibility and will be billed by the delivery company in order for you, the collector, to take possession of the package. I have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate them. Tariffs and taxes are neither collected nor included in your price calculation at the time of your order. For an estimate of these fees, which vary by region, contact the customs office in your area.INSURANCE
All original artworks are insured for the full value during shipping. My insurance requires a signature on your
end when you receive your artwork.
ARTWORK DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
In the unlikely event that there is damage, follow these steps:
Step 1 - Take a photo of the damage before you open the container. Then open it in front of the carrier who delivered it. Photograph any damage to the artwork and call me immediately (401-288-1018). Be sure the carrier documents the damage.
Step 2 – Save the original packaging all accompanying certificates and
paperwork you received.
Step 3 - Within seven days of your merchandise delivery date, email me at katewilsonfineartstudio@gmail.com or connect with me about the details of the damage, including the photos you took so we can work to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
Step 4 - I will contact you to discuss next steps.

settling in period. Once you have received your new painting, you have seven days to live with it to make sure that you love it. If you experience any problems at all regarding your order, please email me at

connect with me and I will be happy to help you! *If your art has been damaged in transit,
please photograph the damaged outer container and the damaged art
before the carrier leaves and follow the steps detailed above.
RETURN POLICY FOR ORIGINAL ART
Please
unpack your original art carefully and retain all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase. From the day you receive your artwork, you will have seven days to decide whether to keep the work or return it in its original condition for an exchange or refund. I require that you ship all returned art out within three days after confirming with me that the work will be returned. This means that if you are not in love with your original art,
you have seven days to contact me about your intent to return the work and three additional days from the day you contacted me to ship out the artwork.
***Do not ship the artwork before contacting me.*** If
you do not notify me of your intent to return the work within seven
days of receipt, or you do not ship the work within three days of
notifying me,
you will not be eligible for a refund. [Some exceptions will apply.
Please contact me for an assessment of your specific situation.]
RETURN OR EXCHANGE UNDAMAGED ORIGINAL ART FOR A FULL REFUND: You must return the artwork
in
the same condition in which it was received, in the original shipping
container, and be returned with all accompanying certificates and
paperwork you received with your order. To complete your return, I
require a receipt or proof of purchase, that you use a trackable
shipping service, and that you purchase
shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork. You will be responsible for paying for your own
shipping costs for returning the art. Shipping costs are
non-refundable.
Step 1 – Within seven days of receiving your art, please contact me via email to give me your order information and the reason for wanting to return or exchange the work.
Step 2
– Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials and all accompanying certificates and
paperwork you received. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar acid-free packing materials to safely and securely send the artwork back to me.
Step 3
– Email me to confirm that the artwork has been sent back, including all tracking information to complete the return process. Once the artwork safely reaches my studio, I will process your return. The amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any). Damaged artwork caused by improper repackaging will not be refunded. Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns.

Indeed. I am happy to have local collectors visit my studio to select their favorite original art. Connect with me to set up an appointment. My studio is Covid-compliant and I have had two doses of the vaccine. I will be wearing a mask and ask that you wear a mask as well when we are together.
